Little Fry Sighs: Insights From a 4 Year Old is a collection of poems that I crafted based on the witty and imaginative musings of a toddler. Their unbridled outlook on the world sparked my creativity and led me to interpret their charming quotes through the lens of playful stories. Through this zine, I hoped to provide a glimpse into the boundless imagination of a child and inspire readers of all ages to embrace the wonder and magic of the world around us.
My design process was focused on capturing the attention of young readers through vibrant illustrations, playful colors, and engaging typefaces, while also infusing a sense of lighthearted fun for a more mature audience. Ultimately, my goal was to challenge us all to adopt a childlike perspective and appreciate the simple joys of life, express ourselves in unique ways, and embrace the unexpected!
